The first days — puffy and bold
Some swelling and puffiness around the eyes is common immediately after and typically short-lived. The fresh line reads darker and thicker than the healed result — like liner applied heavier than you would wear it.
The first week — tight and flaking
The lash line dries and lightly flakes as the surface heals. Because this is happening at the base of your lashes, Fawn's protocol on what to keep away from the area matters more here than for any other service — follow it exactly.
Weeks two to six — softening into place
The line softens and lightens as pigment settles, sometimes unevenly for a stretch. By around week six the healed weight and depth of the line are what they will be, and the 6–8 week perfecting session refines anything that healed soft.
