Permanent Makeup Touch-Ups in Vancouver, WA
Cosmetic tattooing is a two-appointment process. The 6–8 week touch-up — the perfecting session — is where your healed result gets refined, and it is a separate appointment you book, not something folded silently into the first visit.
What the 6–8 week perfecting session is
Skin heals individually. Some strokes or areas of shading hold beautifully; others soften more than expected as your skin settles. The perfecting session, held 6–8 weeks after your first appointment, is where Fawn works on the healed result: reinforcing color, evening density, and refining shape now that the true healed tone is visible.
It exists for brows, lip blush and eyeliner alike — each is its own booking in the schedule: Brow Touch Up, Lip Blush Touch Up and Eyeliner Touch Up, all at the 6–8 week mark.
Why it is a separate appointment
Nothing useful can be refined until skin has fully settled, which takes those 6–8 weeks — working sooner risks working on a result that has not finished becoming itself. Booking it separately also keeps the first appointment honest: you are never paying for guesswork about what your skin will do.
Touch-up pricing is set in the booking system — ask at booking, and you will see the exact figure before you confirm.
What happens if you skip it
Nothing dramatic — but the perfecting session is where good results become the results in the photos. Skipping it usually means living with softer or slightly uneven color until your next refresh. If your 6–8 week window has passed, book anyway and Fawn will advise on the right service; further out, an annual touch-up or color boost is usually the fit.
