What scar camouflage is
Flesh-tone pigment is mixed against your surrounding skin and tattooed into the scar tissue, softening the contrast that makes a scar noticeable. The goal is honest: less visible, not invisible. Skin tone shifts with seasons and sun, and a tattooed tone does not, so the match is built for how you actually live.
Camouflage is typically a multi-session process, and results settle over weeks as the pigment heals into the scar tissue.
Which scars are candidates — and which are not
Camouflage generally suits scars that are fully healed and matured, relatively flat, and lighter than the surrounding skin. Newer scars still changing, raised or keloid scarring, and scars darker than your skin tone are generally not candidates for this technique — tattooing flesh tone over a darker scar does not lighten it.
The candid assessment is the appointment's first job. If your scar is not a fit, Fawn will tell you rather than tattoo something that will not read the way you hope.

Sessions start at about an hour, beginning with tone-matching and the candidacy assessment. Aftercare for the treated area is provided at your appointment.
