Lower Eyeliner Tattoo in Vancouver, WA
Lower eyeliner adds soft definition beneath the eye — usually a delicate, smudged-looking line that balances an upper liner or lash enhancement rather than a hard drawn edge.
What lower eyeliner is
Lower eyeliner tattooing places a fine, soft line of pigment along the lower lash line. Done well it is restrained: the goal is balance and definition, not a ringed eye. It is most often booked alongside or after an upper eyeliner or eyelash enhancement.
It is semi-permanent and softens over time like every cosmetic tattoo on the menu.
Who it suits — and who should skip it
It suits eyes that feel unfinished with only the top line done, and anyone who already pencils a soft lower line daily. Because the lower lash line is delicate territory, Fawn keeps the work conservative — if she thinks a lower line will not flatter your eye shape, she will tell you before you commit.
The appointment, healing and longevity
Plan on about an hour. As with all eye work, the shape is agreed first, eyes stay closed during tattooing, and short-lived puffiness afterward is normal. The color settles over the following weeks, refined at the separate 6–8 week perfecting session, and typically stays at its best for one to three years. Fawn's full aftercare protocol is provided at your appointment.
